27 official letters from the archive of the sitologos of Syene, dated in a year 18 between 24 Pharmouthi and 22 Epeiph. Grain is shipped from granaries in Middle Egypt (Diospolis Parva, Koptos, Thebes, Pathyris) to the granary in Syene to be measured out to the soldiers of the garrison. |
