Protagonist: Petemenophis son of Osoroeris (Go to TM People)

Description: The ostraca record payments for taxes in Roman Thebes, usually cashed for the quarter of Agorai Borra. Petemenophis is a dekanos, head of a group of men called dekania, and in this capacity he pays a number of taxes together with his partners.
