Description: Family archive kept by Ninnaros alias Ptolemaios, son of Isidoros, grandson of Petheus, landowner and estate manager in Karanis. Alongside his more current working papers, Ninnaros retained records of lasting value, including the census extract that his father had ordered from the archives and possibly SB IV 7379, which established his father’s title to a comfortable estate around their home village of Karanis.
