Highlights

P.Oxy. 3 475 (Wilcken, Chrestom. 494; Select Papyri II 337; Hengstl, Griechische Papyri 95) is a report on the death of an 8-year old slave-child from a fall; the child had been watching the performance of some dancing girls and had leaned a bit too far out from the rooftop. For a plate, see S. Walker - S. Bierbrier, Ancient Faces. Mummy Portraits from Roman Egypt (London 1997), p.186.
