Conservation

The papyri are kept between glass plates in a safe in the office of the secretary of the Arts Faculty. The ostraca are in a box in the same safe.

1. In 1977, the Arts Faculty of the KULeuven acquired on the antiquities market four documents from the Kynopolites dating to the end of the reign of Ptolemy X or XII. They are probably part of the archive of nekrotaphoi of the Kynopolites.

2. In 1987 the Arts Faculty acquired three demotic ostraca with religious texts.
